This is a Heddon Lucky 13. It has the original hooks and hardware which indicates that is was made around the mid 1930s. This lure has been fished for many years by a family member(deceased). Who was quite well known for catching he Big-Uns!
The Lucky 13 by Heddon is an old design but was made and sold all the way into the 70s.
