Attention Artists, Photographers, Sculptors! New Gallery/Studio Co-op
Currently I am negotiating with downtown Waxahachie building owners for a location which will have enough space for a studio and gallery for paintings, sculpture, and fine art photography which would be shared with 3 to 5 other artists/photographers. The proposed arrangement will allow an individual artist the opportunity to have some workspace outside their home as well as display space for sales and exposure without paying commissions to a gallery – all for a low monthly sublease agreement. It is hoped that the collaborating artists involved with this gallery will complement each other aesthetically and each will provide a balance of artistic work that meets the needs of the existing buying public but also provides work that stretches boundaries and cultivates and encourages new clients for fine art in Waxahachie. A goal of the gallery is to get exposure and publicity that will bring buyers from surrounding metropolitan areas as well as Waxahachie.
